2025 Oktoberfest Community Stage Registration Form
September 26-27, 2025
Local dance groups, local bands and duets, theater groups and other community groups are invited to be part of Oktoberfest by performing on the Community Stage. The family-friendly festival featuring live entertainment, arts & craft booths, German fare, a carnival and much more takes place Friday, Sept. 26 and Saturday, Sept. 27 in historic downtown Lee's Summit.
The Community Stage is MOVING BACK to SE Main Street and will be covered by a tent. The stage size is approximately 36’x24’x36.” There will be space available for costume changes, if necessary.
If your group is interested in performing on the Oktoberfest Community Stage, please fill out the registration form below and indicate your top three preferences for performance times. The Chamber will give first priority to Chamber Members, and returning Oktoberfest Entertainers. Community Bands will be reviewed and, if you are chosen to perform at Oktoberfest, you will be notified in a timely manner.
