April Luncheon Service Spotlight: To help meet the growing need for food and essential supplies in our community, the Lee’s Summit Chamber’s RISE Committee hosts monthly collections at each Chamber luncheon in partnership with local food organizations. We invite our business community to join us in supporting families facing food and essential supply insecurity. This month, we are proud to support Lee's Summit Social Services. 

Since 1992, Lee’s Summit Social Services has served as a vital safety net, empowering our neighbors to overcome financial hardships and regain their footing. We go beyond the basics, providing everything from a well-stocked food pantry and hygiene items to "bridge" support for those unexpected curveballs like car repairs, medical supplies, and emergency utility assistance. Our mission is to ensure no family has to choose between a roof over their head and the essentials of daily life. As a community-funded organization, we rely on the heart and hustle of Lee’s Summit to keep our doors open and our impact growing.
