About Me:

My legal practice specialty is estate planning, and I have created and developed individualized, comprehensive estate plans for a wide range of client scenarios, from simple to high net worth, which have also included planning for numerous challenges such as blended families, business interests, agricultural property, special needs planning, and much more. My passion for estate planning comes from wanting to help people develop personalized planning that achieves their goals while avoiding unintended, messy, and preventable probate situations.

I received my JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and my BA from William Jewell College. I am a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bars.

About the Firm:

I started Inspired Estate Planning, LLC to provide clients with planning uniquely inspired by their specific circumstances, needs, and goals. My firm’s planning process takes everything into consideration, not just their assets, but also family dynamics, religious and spiritual beliefs, long-term planning, business interests, and so much more because everyone deserves thoughtful planning and no one should have an attorney who over promises but under delivers on their services. Education, clarity, and compassion throughout the process is a cornerstone to the firm, and each client is involved in every step of the process to develop comprehensive planning designed to leave them with peace of mind and confidence in achieving their goals for both, life and legacy.

Inspired Estate Planning, LLC was also created in memory of, and in honor of, my grandpa, who passed while I was in law school, and who had planning in place that was unfortunately not done well. The resulting circumstances are ones in which I started this firm to help other families never have to go through.
