This fall, lacrosse becomes more than a game at Paragon Star. On October 4, we are honored to host Shootout for Soldiers, an organization that raises awareness and support for American veteran service organizations.

But this year’s event carries a deeper, local meaning—it will honor 1st Lieutenant Donaldson P. “Donnie” Tillar III, a Kansas State Lacrosse coach, West Point graduate, and Gulf War hero whose legacy continues to inspire.

Shootout for Soldiers is unlike any other tournament. It’s a full day of lacrosse featuring teams of all ages and skill levels—playing not for medals, but for purpose.
